My Story

For years, I was the one holding everything together.

Supporting my husband in business, managing the behind-the-scenes load, raising two kids, running a home, and trying to keep all the moving parts working. From the outside, life looked stable. We had the house, the business, the responsibilities, the full calendar. But underneath it all, I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and slowly losing myself in the process.

Eventually, it reached a point where I couldn’t keep pushing through. One of our kids was struggling at school, I felt stretched far beyond my capacity, and deep down I knew something had to change. So we made a big, life-altering decision: we sold our home, closed the business, and chose a very different way of living - travelling Australia full-time as a family and homeschooling along the way.

That change gave us space, but it didn’t fix everything overnight. I had to untangle years of stress, burnout, over-functioning, and survival mode. I had to rework the way I was living, the way I was coping, and the way I saw myself outside of what I could do for everyone else.

Through coaching, personal development, nervous system work, and a lot of honest reflection, I began rebuilding from the inside out. What I found was a different kind of success; one rooted in alignment, self-trust, healthier boundaries, and a more sustainable way of living.

And along the way, I realised how many other women were living the same story in different ways.

Women carrying the mental load. Women always being the reliable one. Women looking like they’re coping on the outside, while quietly running on empty underneath.

That realisation is what led me here.

Now, I support women who are tired of living in survival mode to reconnect with themselves, create healthier boundaries, and build a life that feels calmer, more intentional, and more like their own.

My Vision

I don’t want another woman to reach the point I did - overwhelmed, exhausted, and feeling like everything rests on her shoulders.

I imagine a world where women feel seen, supported, and no longer so alone in the weight they’re carrying. A world where boundaries are honoured, wellbeing is prioritised, and the invisible load so many women carry is finally acknowledged for what it is.

I believe every woman deserves the chance to create a life that feels sustainable, values-led, and deeply fulfilling. Not one built on constant over-giving, pressure, and survival mode, but one with more space, more calm, and more room for her to actually exist within it.

That won’t look the same for everyone. For me, it meant making big changes and choosing a completely different way of life. For someone else, it might mean learning to say no without guilt, asking for support, changing the rhythm of their days, or remembering who they are outside of what they do for everyone else.

More than anything, I want women to know this:
you are not stuck, it is not too late, and you do not have to keep living at the bottom of your own list.

You are allowed to make changes.

You are allowed to need more.

And you are allowed to build a life that works for you, not just everyone around you.
