The Rewire

You’ve spent years being the one who holds it all together; carrying the mental load, supporting everyone around you, managing the moving parts of home and life, and putting yourself last so everything else can keep working.

This 1:1 coaching container is for women who are tired of living in survival mode and can feel themselves edging toward burnout. Together, we’ll look at the full picture of your life: the pressure, the patterns, the invisible load, and the places you’ve lost yourself, so you can untangle what’s on your plate, create healthier boundaries, and build a way of living that feels calmer, more sustainable, and more like you again.

Program Outline

Across fortnightly sessions, we will:

  • Get clear on where your time, energy and mental load are really going

  • Identify the beliefs, roles and expectations that are keeping you stuck in “do it all” mode

  • Audit and improve your key systems (at home and in life) so things run more smoothly without relying solely on you

  • Build boundaries, mindset tools and practical supports to prevent burnout and create a more sustainable way of living and working

Each session includes a 60-minute online coaching call, personalised guidance, and clear, doable action steps so you always know what to focus on next.

This is your space to exhale, be honest, and rebuild with intention; creating a life that feels more supported, sustainable, and like your own again.

The Return to Self

The return to self is a 6-session group coaching container for millennial mums ready to break the cycle of self-abandonment.

If you’re tired of putting yourself last, over-giving, and losing yourself in everyone else’s needs, this space will help you reconnect with who you are, build healthier boundaries, and create a more sustainable way of living.

The outcome is a calmer, more self-trusting, more grounded version of you; one who no longer disappears inside the demands of motherhood and life.

Program Outline

Across 6 fortnightly group sessions, we will:

  • Recognise the self-abandonment patterns showing up in your everyday life
     

  • Explore the beliefs, roles, and conditioning that have taught you to put yourself last
     

  • Untangle guilt, over-responsibility, and people-pleasing so you can relate to yourself differently
     

  • Rebuild self-trust and reconnect with your needs, voice, and capacity
     

  • Strengthen your boundaries in a way that feels clear, grounded, and sustainable
     

  • Create a more sustainable way of living, mothering, and relating, one where you are no longer disappearing inside everyone else’s needs

Each session includes live group coaching, guided reflection, and practical takeaways to help you create real change between sessions.
 

This is more than a group program.
It’s a space to be seen, supported, and gently coached back into a more honest, grounded, and self-honouring way of being.
